Each tenant will be presented with the gift package as an All Star Anniversary celebration event which will be highlighted in the following month's Newsletter (pictures if possible). On non-All Star anniversary dates, the tenant gets a Thank-You card and a Walmart gift card.

We want your dream home to stay your dream home!

Every Delco Home Rental tenant is important to us. And... for every tenant in good standing you are entered into the Delco Home Rentals All Star Program.

Here’s how it works.

There are 9 levels to the program with gifts at each level.
The levels are based on the amount of time you’ve resided in a DHR property.
The first level begins on your 3 year anniversary (3 Stars) and continues on the following anniversary: 5 yrs, 7 yrs, 10 yrs, 12yrs, 15yrs, 18 yrs, 20 yrs, and 25 yrs. The longer your stay, the larger the gift.
